    Grooming Salon Manager

    Corey has been grooming family pets for over 15 years and the last 10 with Animal House. She began her career as a groomer in the corporate sector which has given her a wide spectrum of experience and knowledge. Prior experiences include managing and re-organizing multiple large salons as well as training new groomers at large grooming facilities. Following her heart, she transitioned to the non-profit sector with Animal House and loves that her hard work supports homeless animals.

    Corey specializes in working with dogs that are elderly and with special needs. She takes her time to ensure that each pet is safe and treated with respect. She also enjoys grooming cats! She loves hand scissoring and constantly strives to improve her grooming abilities.

    Corey’s spouse Sally and children Rory, Galen, Rowan, and Kieran also share her love of animals. They live with Animal House adoptee Mina, a Standard Poodle mix.

    Whitney has been grooming at Animal House for four years. She believes it is the best job she has ever had and she loves working at Animal House. Whitney has been a resident of Colorado for 32 years, 24 of those in Fort Collins. She has always loved animals, especially dogs, and began working with them in 2003. She has been grooming for 10 years. She adopted two rescues, a long haired dachshund named Noogie and a chiweenie named Snickers.

    Besides grooming, Whitney is active with Fort Collins Girls Gone Derby (derby name: Battle E. Portman) and has been skating for 8 seasons. She married her husband Dann in September 2014. Whitney also enjoys riding her bicycle around Fort Collins and participating in 5Kraces, mostly those with costumes, mud, or that benefit animals!
